City Bakery is excited to release our newest Summer Seasonal Bread, Roasted Corn & Red Pepper! This batard is a Traditional French bread made with local corn meal, roasted local corn, red pepper, and a dash of cumin and chili powder!
Our featured bread of the month in January is an Orange Poppy Durum. This bread is similar to our Sesame Semolina, made from durum wheat that is commonly used in pasta making. Sweet and nutty, this bread is great as toast, or with your morning breakfast!
