Garlic Bread is the perfect compliment to any meal, whether it be a delicious baked pasta dish or
warm bowl of soup. This month’s recipe, created by Head Baker Daniel Goodson, is a recipe for a delicious garlic bead loaf using City Bakery’s Sesame Semolina Batard!
Sesame Garlic Bread
1 City Bakery Sesame Semolina Batard, sliced
1 lb butter, soft
3 cloves roasted garlic, minced
2 tbsp Rosemary, dried
2 tbsp Oregano, dried
2 cups grated Parmesan
shredded mozzarella, to taste (optional)
To make compound butter, let butter soften at room temp or microwave on 1/2 power until soft. Mix with garlic, oregano, rosemary and Parmesan.
Spread butter on slices of Sesame Semolina Bread, and top with shredded mozzarella or cheese of choice. Bake on baking sheet in 400 degree oven until golden brown and cheese is melted.
