Super Sprout Flour!

We are excited to bring this flour into our rotation starting with the Bread of the Month for March!  We used this unique flour from our friends at Lindley Mills in Graham, NC to make a Super Sprout Oatmeal Porter Boule.  By using this flour, we hope to capture as much of the wheat nutrients that we can and because this is Asheville, we added beer for a little more depth of flavor.
